PFG Constructions was founded in 2021 by Cesar Paublini, a builder with deep roots in the trades. After years working across residential and commercial job sites, Cesar saw what Tampa Bay homeowners and investors kept running into: contractors who overpromised, under- delivered, and disappeared when things got complicated. He started PFG to be the opposite — a company that shows up, communicates clearly, and builds things right the first time.

What began as a small family operation has grown into a full-service construction company. Today, PFG handles everything from custom homes and investment property renovations to commercial builds — all across Tampa Bay. The family-owned mentality hasn't changed: every project gets the same attention to detail, honest pricing, and direct communication that Cesar built the company on.
