1. Services
PFG Constructions (PFG Construction Services LLC) provides construction and remodeling services in the Tampa Bay area. All services are subject to a written estimate or contract agreed upon before work begins. The scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing will be outlined in that agreement.
2. Estimates & Quotes
Estimates provided through this website or over the phone are preliminary and subject to change based on an on-site assessment of the project. A binding quote will only be provided after a thorough review of the project requirements.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in the project contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in the contract.
4. Changes & Modifications
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented and approved by both parties in writing. Additional costs resulting from scope changes will be communicated before work proceeds.
5. Warranties
PFG Constructions warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract. Material warranties are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturers.
6. Limitation of Liability
PFG Constructions is fully licensed and insured. Our liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
